Valerie is a serial impact entrepreneur tackling the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She co-founded Wahu Mobility (formerly MANA Mobility), Africa’s first eBike manufacturer in 2020 pioneering design and manufacturing of affordable, connected electric vehicles, as well as developing a tech platform, which acts as a gateway to connect EVs to services: including subscribe-to-own payment plans; opportunities from delivery service providers; battery management; and tailored EV insurance.
She holds a BSc in Economics, from Southampton University and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership, University of Cambridge. Her career has spanned industries including global financial services, telecommunications, and water and sanitation.
