Nico Spoelstra (1992) started his career in EV in 2017 at GreenFlux. After working on Smart Charging, Payments and User Interfaces for a few years, he founded Tap Electric in 2020. In 2021 the Tap app launched. The Tap platform is now active in 4 countries and provides drivers and Charge Network Operators with an app to navigate and exploit public and private chargers. Using AI and clever user interfaces, Tap aims to become the bridge between EVs and the grid.
