Max Brandt has been CEO of ElectricBrands AG since 25 October 2023 and is responsible for its strategic development and management. Before joining the vehicle manufacturer ElectricBrands, Max worked successfully for many years in various positions in the automotive sector. Most recently at EDGE (metal processing/vehicle supplier), where he expanded the technical product portfolio and opened up new market potential, particularly in the field of electromobility, by reorganising and repositioning the company. The 49-year-old from Mülheim brings extensive international expertise, which has taken him to China and Sweden, among other places. His impulses will guide ElectricBrands in the restructuring phase from start-up to scale-up. Max’ professional career began in 1994 at ThyssenKrupp AG, where he completed his training as a materials tester. He was loyal to the company for 20 years in various positions, during which time he also completed academic qualifications in international economics.
