In 2013, Martin launched one of the first German bike logistics companies, Velogista GmbH, and managed it for 5 years. Martin also co-initiated the founding of the German Cycle Logistics Association in 2018 and is a member of its board of directors. At the end of 2020, Martin co-founded cargobike.jetzt GmbH, a think & do tank with the aim of establishing the cargo bike as a natural form of mobility.
