Marisca Zweistra studied bioprocess engineering at Wageningen University in which she obtained her PhD in 2007. She has worked in the energy business since then as an energy transition manager and consultant. Currently, she is project manager on smart charging of electric vehicles at ElaadNL. One of her specialties is Vehicle to Grid. Besides that she has delivered most of the input used in the Dutch Smart Charging scaleup that is currently taking place, creating both the technical and the regulatory framework to make Smart Charging the standard in the country.
